Het Engelse Newcastle United zou namelijk bereid zijn om de clausule van 37,5 miljoen euro die in zijn contract staat bij PSV te activeren.<\/h4>\n<p>De Magpies, die dankzij een oliesjeik als nieuwe eigenaar plots de Premier League-club met het hoogste transferbudget van allemaal zijn deze zomer, zouden al in contact zijn met PSV, en willen spoedig ook met de vertegenwoordigers van Sangar\u00e9 om de tafel gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens Sky Sports ligt de voorkeur van Sangar\u00e9 zelf bij een transfer naar Engeland. Hij zou zijn zinnen gezet hebben op een mooie Premier League-move deze zomer; het Manchester United van Erik ten Hag en ook Chelsea werden genoemd, maar het ambitieuze Newcastle wil dus snel door gaan pakken.<\/p>\n<p>Het Eindhovens Dagblad meldde een tijdje terug al dat er in het contract van Sangar\u00e9 is opgenomen dat hij enkel mag vertrekken als een club minstens 37.5 miljoen euro voor hem op tafel legt. De 24-jarige controleur kwam in september 2020 nog voor een kleine zeven miljoen euro over van Toulouse FC uit Frankrijk.<\/p>\n<p>Sangar\u00e9 ligt nog tot medio 2025 vast bij PSV, directeur John de Jong zei al eens dat hij er &#8216;alles aan gaat doen om Sangar\u00e9 en ook Gakpo voor de club te behouden deze zomer&#8217;.
